I'm 9 Today!

Hi Everybody! Sorry we haven't posted much lately.  It's mom's "busy time."
Butt Ruby and Otto said I should let you all know that 

TODAY IS MY 9th BIRTHDAY!!

Here are some of Ruby's favorite pictures of me since
you've probably forgotten what I look like:




I'm still holding my own with my degenerative disk problem.  The prednisone is helping me be able to stand and walk.  
I am happy, cuddly and eating like a pig.  
Otto always
walks outside with me 
at night and stays with me until I'm ready to come back in.  He's pretty
cool like that.  

Nine is pretty good for a rottweiler, so please join us in 
celebrating my special day!!

    Happy birthday, Bart - we hope you had a good day. We also hope your meds continue to help you a lot. Phantom seems a lot more comfy now that he is getting daily doses of Deramaxx and monthly injections of the adequan. Tough getting old but nice to have humans who want to help us.

    Glad to hear you're doing fairly well with you degenerative disc disease, and you're right, 9 is good for a Rottweiler! We hope you have some more good years left! That's nice of Otto to hang around and take care of you, especially since he's so much younger. (Riley never really took care of Chloe when Chloe was old and before she passed on, but Chloe was about 11 when we got Riley as a young puppy, so I don't know if that had anything to do with it).

    Anyway, hope you partied all night long! ;)

    I always look at these pictures with tears in my eyes, I miss my Dasko so much. He was 10&1/2. Happy birthday Bart and you hang in there. My Hillary was 12 when she left me. You sure are blessed to have a friend like Otto.

    Hey Bart, I'm very late getting here with my birthday wishes ... if it's any consolation I totally forgot the 22nd of December was Frankie's 5th Gotcha Day :( Glad to hear you are keeping so well.
