Thankful on Thursday

"No sign of cancer!"

That's what Dr. Sarah said that the radiologist found.  Something is going on, as Bart continues to limp and favor his left forepaw, but, hey!  We can continue rimadyl and robaxin for a while longer.

He's much happier - coming to knock my hand off the mouse when it's "TIME!!" for our brief w.a.l.k.  What a relief!

  7. that is great news - have you had his paw checked for any splinters of glass etc - you can't always see the wound where it went in and it could of healed over and still be there. Happened to Reilly - we went months trying to figure out why he was limping....till they found it.

  10. Sometimes a sprain or strain takes FOREVER to feel better. Just keep taking it easy and take your meds. I know it is hard to wait but at least you know it isn't the scary C monster.

  20. Maybe something is embedded in that paw. Maybe soak it in epsom salts or something like that for a while. We had an experience with that at one time.

We want that handsome Rottie Boy to be just fine!

    Cheers,
    Jo, Stella and Zkhat

  24. Very good news! We have been treating Thunder for a limp in his left front paw too. We had him seen by an orthopedic vet. Nothing on x-ray either. It can be frustrating.

  25. Yeah!!! All, that paw power did it's job. Morgan says that walking with a limp isn't the worst thing in the world. She should know.

    Take good care of yourself.
